Cannot find him prior to mrg date, any leads??? He died 1-1750=1751. Elizabeth remarried, James GWINN 10-1755,Stafford Co. Looking for her (d) date. Daughter Leanna (m) Hezekiah BRADY, She was a servent to Henry CONNYER 1756, how old did you have to be a servent? Also search for the surnames BLAND & RANDALL& MCBEE. In Murthy Jr. will he left part of his estate to Elizabeth JONES, 2-2-1801 and "her children by me".he apparently div his wife Elizabeth. Looking for the unknown children w/ Eliz Jones, he death date and a possible will. Thanks all |

Searching for any information regarding parentage and/or siblings of Halifax ASHBY and Sarah Jane HUDSON. Have found Halifax as early as 1781 on the list of Petitioners regarding moving the Stafford County VA courthouse. Later he witnessed a will for a Mr. GADDES. Halifax evidently married by 1790 to Sarah Jane HUDSON. Halifax was also on the Stafford County VA tax list 1789, 1790, 1791 and 1792. Believed to have left Stafford County by 1796. Isn't there anyone out there researching ASHBY in Stafford County?????? Please help. |
