Library Tours

Genealogy Tours of the Family History and Genealogy section of the Virginia Beach Central Library are for individuals beginning genealogical research or individuals new to family research in the Virginia Beach Central Library. The tours will include information about what resources are available at the Central Library and an introduction to the Virginia Beach Genealogical Society. Tours last approximately 1-1/4 hours. Tours begin at  9:00 a.m. on Wednesdays and 9:00 a.m. Saturday in the Genealogy section of the library. For additional information or registration (required) please call 385-0110 or go in person to the Central Library Administrative Office, Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Participation is limited to 15 individuals for each tour.
