Know
all Men by These presents That I Ebenezer Wright of Addison in the County
of Addison and State of Vermont for and in consideration of the Sum Twenty
four pounds Lawfull Money to me in hand paid before the Delivery hereof
by Lyman Hurd of Addison County and State afore Said the Receipt whereof
I do hereby acknowledge have Given Granted bargained and Sold and Do by
these presents Give Grant Bargain Sell and convey and confirm unto him
the sd Lyman and his heirs and Assigns all my Rights title Interest property
and Demand of a certain piece or parcel of land which is 80 acres if a
Second Division of the Original Right of James Olmsted which is not to
be land on my Vacant land in the Township of Addison
To
have and to hold the sd Granted and bargained premises with the appurtenances
thereof to him the sd Lyman Hurd to his heirs and assigns to his and their
own proper use benefit and behoof forever So that neither my heirs Or assigns
nor any Other person or persons Claiming from by or under me or the Original
proprietor Shall ___ have any Right Claim Interest Demand by virtue of
any act or acts already had or Done or Suffered whatsoever
in Witness
