all Men by these presents That I Ebenezer Wright of Addison County of Addison
and State of Vermont yeoman Do for and in Consideration of the Sum of Thirty
pound L. M. to and in hand paid by William Mosley of the Town County and
State afore Said I do Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien convey Release and
Confirm unto him the sd William all my Right title Interest property and
Demand of in and unto a certain piece or parcel of land Situate in Addison
aforesaid it being a Third Division Lot Containing fifty Acres land Out
of the Original Right of The Rev.
Josiah Cottin
To
have and to hold the sd Granted and bargained premises with priviledges
Appurtenances thereto belonging to his and heirs and Assigns for their
own proper use Benefit and behoof forever and I do hereby engage to Warrant
and Defend Said Granted and bargained premises from all Lawful Claims and
Demand of any person or persons Claiming from by or under me or the Original
Grantee
