The society maintains two sites. The library contains about 4500 volumes, about 100 linear feet of manuscripts, photographs, portraits, and small artifacts. The museum contains agricultural implements, craft and domestic tools, store and post office fittings, all housed in a barn and three smaller buildings.

Hours and admissions: Historical Library (year-round): Monday, 2:00 - 4:00 PM; Tuesday 10:00 AM - Noon; Thursday 2:00 - 4:00 PM
Museum: Sundays in August, 2:00 - 5:00 PM

Thetford Vital Information

Census reporting ends with the 1820 census. There were over 50 separate items of data gathered in the 1830 census. That fact and that names are not in alphabetical order make it impractical to report later years.
