Catholic Cemetery

From Vershire Village, go west on VT Rte 113 to Vershire Center Road. Turn left onto Vershire Center Road and go about mile to a T intersection. Turn left (you are still on Vershire Center Road). Go about 9/10 mile, Taylor Valley Road will be on the right. Stay straight on Vershire Center Road for another 1/10 mile. The Vershire Center cemetery will be on the left, perhaps in the woods. Continue south on Vershire Center Road for another 4/10 miles to Chamberlain Road. Stay on Vershire Center Road for another 1.4 miles to Eastman Cross Road. Stay on Vershire Center Road for another mile to South Vershire Road. Turn left onto South Vershire Road and go 3/10 mile. South Vershire Cemetery will be on the left. Stay on South Vershire Road for another 1-1/4 mile to a T intersection (Cross Road). Turn right and go about 1/10 mile. The Catholic Cemetery appears to be about 300 feet off the road on the right. The VOCA book says along an old road. I need to visit this cemetery to finalize directions.

Norris-Davis Cemetery

From Vershire village go west on VT Route 113 about 2-3/4 miles to the intersection of Goose Green Road and McIver Road. Go south on McIver Road about 1-7/10 miles. There should be two ponds on the left. The cemetery is in this area. Note: you will have passed the Weymouth Cemetery in an open field on the left. GoogleEarth shows this to be the Spear Cemetery. I need to visit this cemetery to finalize directions.

Smith-Mill Village Cemetery **

From Vershire village, go southeast on VT  Route 113 about 1-5/10 miles to Parker Road on the right. Turn right onto Parker Road and go about 400 feet. The cemetery is somewhere on the left near this location. I need to visit this cemetery to finalize directions.

South Vershire Cemetery

From Vershire Village, go west on VT Rte 113 to Vershire Center Road. Turn left onto Vershire Center Road and go about mile to a T intersection. Turn left (you are still on Vershire Center Road). Go about 9/10 mile, Taylor Valley Road will be on the right. Stay straight on Vershire Center Road for another 1/10 mile. The Vershire Center cemetery will be on the left, perhaps in the woods. . Continue south on Vershire Center Road for another 4/10 miles to Chamberlain Road. Stay on Vershire Center Road for another 1.4 miles to Eastman Cross Road. Stay on Vershire Center Road for another mile to South Vershire Road. Turn left onto South Vershire Road and go 3/10 mile. South Vershire Cemetery will be on the left.  I need to visit this cemetery to finalize directions.

Spear-Norris Cemetery

From Vershire village go west on VT Route 113 about 2-1/2 miles. The cemetery is on the right behind some trees.

Taylor Valley Cemetery

This cemetery appears to be some 1800 feet from the Taylor Valley Road. Due to the inaccessability of it, I will wait for a visit to Vershire next summer to get directions. I need a local guide to finalize directions.

Vershire Center Cemetery

From Vershire Village, go west on VT Rte 113 to Vershire Center Road. Turn left onto Vershire Center Road and go about mile to a T intersection. Turn left (you are still on Vershire Center Road). Go about 9/10 mile, Taylor Valley Road will be on the right. Stay straight on Vershire Center Road for another 1/10 mile. The Vershire Center cemetery will be on the left, perhaps in the woods. I need to visit this cemetery to finalize directions.

Vershire Village Cemetery

From Vershire village, go north on North Road about 200 feet and take left fork. Go about 100 feet and take the left fork. The cemetery is somewhere along the left side of this road.

Weymouth Cemetery **

From Vershire village go west on VT Route 113 about 2-3/4 miles to McIver Road. Go south on McIver Road about 6/10 mile. The cemetery appears to be in a large field on the righthand side of the road. I need to visit this cemetery to finalize directions.
