Requesting a Lookup from a volunteer
When requesting a lookup, please follow these guidelines:
1. On the subject line of your email, enter "St Johnsbury Lookup".
( so that it doesn't get mistaken for junk mail )
2. Add the surname and as much information as you can, such as dates, which will
help the volunteer in their research.
3. Don't forget to thank your volunteer for their time and effort. And don't forget to reimburse your volunteer for any expenses.
