If you are in Brattleboro, you should stop at the local library and check it out! We
have recently started a Genealogical Interest Group (GIG) which meets once a month. We
welcome anyone to attend when they are in the area. For further information as to when we
will be meeting again, contact Joann Nichols, 802/254-9554, or
jnichols1930@verizon.net. Our group is taking a collection
each month to buy books which are of interest to us for the genealogical room. Thus far we
have purchased the third edition of Genealogist's Handbook for New England Research and
the second edition of Collecting Vermont Ancestors by Alice Eichholz.
