Would like to verify date of death for Almeron Whitehead Ackley died 1910 month and day not known. Buried in Camas, WA. Also date of death for Elizabeth (Carry) Carolina VanCamp Ackley died 1926 month and day not known. Buried in Camas, WA. Would also like to verify marriage of Almeron and Elizabeth on 3-22-1871 family records show they were married in Camas, WA. Other records show they were married in Alden, Michigan. Would also like to know if there are any children of Almeron and Elizabeth buried there, they have 2 children that have not been identified yet. Thank you very much. Terry Ackley

Christiansen I am seeking information on James Christiansen, who in 1935 lived at Route 1, Box 149J, Ridgefield, Washington. I believe he was a son of Ole and Amelia Christiansen. He may have been born 20 January 1904 and died 29 April, 1991. His father died (killed in an explosion?) some time prior to September 1916. His mother, sometime after 1916 may have married a Bion Voorheis and lived in Manteca, California. James had sisters, Alice and Pauline, possibly other siblings. May have married, had children and divorced.

I am working on the Lauris and Mary (Hellesvig) Ludahl's family. Just wondering if someone has more information about them. This is what I have so for. Lauris and Mary were married in Maddock, ND on June 26, 1909. They stayed there for a few years before moving to Montana. The first directory that found Ludahl was 1950, and at that time they lived in the South Beach area of Newport. By 1971 there were Ludahls in South Beach, Siletz, and Toledo. Cemetery records for the entire county end in 1978, when the last cemetery accounting was done. Only Laura Ludahl (1916-1972) was listed. She was buried in the Newport Cemetery. She was married to Ernest Ludahl Sr. Ernest Sr. (1912-Sept 1996), lived in South Beach and Portland (where he died), buried in Newport. Florence (1913-1992), married Ernest Sr. in 1973, buried in Newport. Richard Ludahl (1949-1991), of Siletz, died when a fishing vessel sank. I believe he was on a very large fishing vessel in Alaska ($1 million) He was buried in Newport. Woodrow (Woodie)(1914-1974), brother of Ernest, was buried in Vancouver,Washington. Mary Hellesvig Ludahl died May 1963 in Vancouver,WA. Leslie Nov 8, 1917- Feb. 1985 Vancouver,WA.
