Born in PA around 1840, married Ellen Jenny Flick in PA, had some kids around Yankton SD, and then he bolted and left his wife and kids. Rumor has it he was in the civil war, and also is rumored to have died in Ft. Vancouver WA. I know its not much, but any leads would do wonders. Thanks

I have been unable to locate anything about the shipyard in Washington, just the one in Richmond, CA. If there was a shipyard there how would I go about getting info on the welders on the ships. He says he also belonged to a union. I have a social security no. on him 506-07-7682 and I have not been able to locate anything on that number other than a death. he died in 1966 here in Calif.
