Burbank, Walla Walla, Washington
Along the banks of the Columbia and Snake Rivers, you will find the town of Burbank just southeast of Pasco. With a restaurant, stores and churches, Burbank is a good stopping place or base camp when visiting McNary Wildlife Refuge (On Maple Road off of US Highway 12) or on your travels elsewhere. Petroglyphs north of town, installed as a memorial to the Colville, Nez Perce, Umatilla, Warm Springs and Yakama tribes by the US Army Corp of Engineers, are also a popular attraction. The beauty and bounty of this area will astound you.
