    ATTENTION: The Society will be offering several EVENING classes on Tuesday evenings at 7 p.m. during the month of October 2014.
    Classes will be held at the Society's Library at 413 N. Main Street in Ellensburg. There is no charge to attend the classes.
    You may attend one or as many of the classes as you like. For information, call 925-5951 Monday to Wednesday 10am-4pm

    October 7 "Introduction to Genealogy" presented by Judy Clayton
    October 14 "Using Library Resources" presented by Diane Huckabay
    October 21 "Using the US Census" presented by Erik Bakke
    October 28 "Writing Your Family History" presented by Mary Christensen
    November 4 "Illustrating Your History" presented by Bob Wieking

    The Ellensburg High Valley Cemetery graves are NOW ON Find A Grave.  Access over 1130 graves info by clicking this link.  Over 1100 of the graves include photos of the headstones along with other information about the deceased person.  This may include birth/death dates and locations, an obituary and links to parents/spouse/children at Find A Grave sites..


    Ongoing effort to put Ellensburg IOOF Cemetery graves on Find A Grave continues.  Access over 8715 graves info by clicking this link.  Over 6210 of the graves now include photos of the headstones along with other information about the deceased person.  This may include birth/death dates and locations, an obituary and links to parents/spouse/children at Find A Grave sites..
