The only reference to cemeteries within this session is that included with Tax Exemptions:

    Section 5.  All property described in this section, to the extent herein limited, shall be exempt from taxation, that is to say -- First, all public school-houses...second, all lands used exclusively for public burying grounds or cemeteries; ....
