SPECIAL INTEREST  GROUPS

  • State Focus Groups
Check the Calendar of Events for the states you are interested in and the times and locations of their meetings. Meetings are usually held at the SGS library, but they may also be held in the 2nd Floor Conference room at National Archives-Pacific Alaska Region (Seattle) building, 6125 Sand Point Way NE (across the street from the SGS library), or at the North East Branch of the Seattle Public Library, 6801 35th Ave. N.E., Seattle.

These meetings are a great opportunity for members to connect with others who are researching in the same state. Please come bringing your favorite websites for researching the state, your experience with unique local resources, your secrets for successful research in the state, and your questions.
