The Blue Hills Genealogical Society - Barron County, Inc. holds their monthly meetings in their Conference Room, #110 in the lower
level of the Barron Co. Courthouse (unless otherwise indicated). Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of every month, except in December and January during the winter recess. See our Coming Events page for more meeting details.Our Research Room is closed for winter recess from November 10 until February 8.
It will re-open on February 8, 2010. There are no monthly meetings
in December or January. Our next meeting will be February 8.

Meetings will start at 6:30 pm for registration of new members and a short social time.
The General Meeting will be from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and will include short business discussions
and informative programs with a wide variety guest speakers.

The goals of the society include:
The Blue Hills Genealogical Society - Barron County, Inc. is a non- profit organization,
has achieved Affiliate status with the Wisconsin State Genealogical Society (WSGS) and
is a member in good standing of the Federation of Genealogical Societies (FGS).

.Memberships and Membership Privileges
The Blue Hills Genealogical Society - Barron Co., Inc. offers two types of memberships:
Single memberships are $12.00
Dual memberships are $18.00 *(see note below)Dues paying members (single memberships) are entitled to the following privileges:
(write for details or to subscribe)*Dual memberships are entitled to all of the above privileges except they will receive one copy of the society bylaws and one copy of each newsletter (snail mail version) We encourage all members to make a contribution of their time and / or talents through their participation in the authorized activities of the society. An active society is a successful society.
