Comments: I am hoping that one of your members can help me find info on Henry A. Mole and his family. Henry Mole died 10 May 1929 in Los Angeles and his son, Harry Mole accompanied his father's body via train to Burlington, WI for burial. Son, Harry died in Jul 1960 in Los Angeles. Son, Charles Mole died 10 Dec 1951 in Burlington, WI. Henry and wife, Henrietta Alzina (Taylor) Mole had three children that I know of: They consist of the above mentioned Harry and Charles, plus, another son, William Mole, who lived in British Columbia when his father died in 1929.

I don't know why Henry's body was sent to Burlington, because I do not know where or when he was born. Possibly, he was buried there because that is where his son, Charles lived. Henrietta and Henry married 25 Dec 1865 in Newburg, Washington Co., WI. (That's where the Taylor family lived)

When Henrietta died 30 Mar 1928, her body was shipped to Milwaukee for burial in the Mole plot, which I am assuming was in Milwaukee Co., but maybe that is where the train stopped and really she is buried in Burlington also. Would there be any burial permits on file for the time period around the death of these three people?

I'm trying to tie up the loose ends on my Taylor family manuscript and would love to have some more info on the Mole men. They were the sons of a Taylor woman and it would be super if I could at least enter their birthdates and places. I'm positive they were born in Wisconsin. Henrietta Alzina Taylor came to the Territory of Wisconsin in 1845 when she was abt 4 years old with her parents. I don't know if her husband, Henry A. Mole was a pioneer that came to Wisconsin in the early days.

I sure would appreciate any help you could give me.
Thanks so much.

Comments: We're looking for information on the Charles Fay family who emigrated to Burlington in 1840 from Germany with wife Maria Eva Martine, and children Joseph (1821-1901), Anna Maria (1823--), Anna Margarite (1826--), Catharina (1829--), Eva (1832--), Peter (1835--), and Anton (1838--). Joseph married Mary Meier (1820-1851), probably in Burlington, where she died after having born three children: Mary Eva (1846-1933),Charles Joseph (1848-1849), and Ernest (1850-1913). Soon after Mary Meier's death, Joseph married Julia Boschert (1831-1905)and in 1852 they moved to LaCrosse where they had three children, Louisa Sarah (1852--), Charles (1854-1916) and Joseph Andrew (1857-1894). Joseph Sr. and his father, Charles, were naturalized on 22 Oct 1852 in Racine. Would appreciate any leads. Happy, of course, to share our paltry information to date!
