In the matter of the Guardianship of Edwin C. Temple and Mary E Temple, minor heirs of Kate E Temple, deceased. On reading and filing the petition of M W Simmons, Guardian of the above named minors, representing among other things, that they are seized and possessed of certain real estate therein described, and that it is necessary that the same be sold and the proceeds invested in some productive stock or put out at interest for their benefit, and praying for license to sell the same: And it appearing to the Court that it is necessary to sell said real estate, it is ordered and directed that the next of kin of said minors and all persons interested in the estate, appear before the undersigned, on the 10th day of June, A.D. 1876 at 10 o'clock a.m., at his office in the city of Fond du Lac, in said county, to show cause why license should not be granted to said Guardian to sell said real estate.
And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published at least three successive weeks before said day of hearing, in the Fond du Lac Commonwealth, a weekly newspaper published in said county.

In the Matter of the Estate of Paulus Zentner, deceased.
Letters Testamentary on said estate having been granted to Oswald Geiger and four months from and after the 6th day of May, A.D. 1876 having been by order of said Court allowed for creditors to present their claims against said deceased for examination and allowance;
Notice is hereby given that the Judge of said County Court, will on the 7th day of October, 1876, at the Probate Office, in the city of Fond du Lac, examine and adjust all claims and demands of all persons, against the said Paulus Zentner, deceased.

In the matter of the Estate of Robert Perry, deceased.
On reading and filing the petition of Ann Perry, of Rosendale, Wis., representing among other things that Robert Perry, late of Rosendale, on the 18th day of April, 1876, at Rosendale, died intestate, leaving goods, chattels, and estate within this county, and that she, the said petitioner, is widow of said deceased, and praying that administration of said estate be granted to Gideon Hinckley or some other suitable person.
It is ordered that said petition be heard before the Judge of this Court, on Tuesday, the 6th day of June, 1876 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, at his office, in the city of Fond du Lac in said county.
And it is further ordered that notice thereof be given to the heirs of said deceased, and to all persons interested, by publishing a copy of this order, for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing in the Fond du Lac Commonwealth, a weekly newspaper published at Fond du Lac, in said county.

Letters Testamentary on said estate having been granted to John M. Steen and four months from and after the 18th day of May A.D. 1876, hacing been by order of said Court allowed for creditors to present their claims against said deceased for examination and allowance;
Notice is hereby given that the Judge of said County Court will on the 7th day of October, 1876, at the Probate Office, in the city of Fond du Lac, examine and adjust all claims and demands, of all persons, against the said William Steen, deceased.

In the matter of the Estate of James A. Allen, deceased.
Letters of Administration on said estate having been granted to Deloss Allen, and four months from and after the 29th day of April A.D. 1876, having been by order of said Court allowed, for creditors to present their claims against said deceased for examination and allowance.
Notice is hereby given, that the Judge of said County Court will on the 2d day of September, 1876, at the Probate Office, in the city of Fond du Lac, examine and adjust all claims and demands, of all persons, against the said James A Allen, deceased.

In the matter of the Last Will and Testament of John Hayes, deceased.
On reading the filing an instrument in writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of John Hayes, late of Fond du Lac, in said county, deceased, and upon the application of Thomas Kiely, of Forest, said county, the person named and appointed in and by said last will and testament executor thereof:
It is ordered that the proofs of said instrument be heard before the Judge of this Court on the 6th day of June 1876 at 10 o'clock a.m. at the office of the Judge of this Court, in the City of Fond du Lac, in said county.
And it is further ordered, that a public notice thereof be given to all persons interested, by publishing a copy of this order for three successive weeks, prior to said day of hearing, in the Fond du Lac Commonwealth, a weekly newspaper published at Fond du Lac in said County.

In the matter of the Guardianship of J.S. Raymond, Bertha Raymond, Hoyt Raymond, William Raymond and Conness Raymond, minor heirs of James L. Raymond, deceased.
Notice is hereby given that by virtue and in pursuance of an order of license made in said matter on the 21st day of February, A.D. 1876 the undersigned Guardian will, on the 22d day of May A.D. 1876 at 10 o'clock a.m. at the hotel of Henry Furmann, in Pipe Village , in the Town of Calumet, in Fond du Lac County, offer for sale at public vendue, the following described land situated in the county of Fond du Lac to-wit:
The undivided ?/8 of Lot one, Section Four, Town 16 north of Range 18 west, containing about .66 acres of land more or less and being subject to the estate in dower of Rebecca E. Raymond, widow of James L. Raymond, deceased, said premises being in the Town of Calumet, said county.
The terms of sale will be made known on the day and at the place of sale.

In the Matter of the Last Will and Testament of Thomas H. Duffy, deceased.
On reading and filing an instrument in writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of Thomas H. Duffy, late of Fond du Lac, in said County, deceased and also the accompanying petition of F.F. Duffy, of Fond du Lac, representing among other things, that the said Thomas H Duffy lately died at Fond du Lac, that said instrument is the last will and testament of said deceased, and that the said petitioner is the identical F.F. Duffy named and appointed in the said last will and testament executor thereof, and praying that a day be appointed for hearing the proof of said last will and testament.
It is ordered that the proff of said instrument be heard before the Judge of this Court on the 6th day of June, 1876 at 10 o'clock a.m. at the office of the Judge of this Court, in the city of Fond du Lac, in said county.
And it is further ordered, that a public notice thereof be given to all persons interested by publishing a copy of this order, for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing, in the Fond du Lac Commonwealth a weekly newspaper published at Fond du Lac in said County.
