The Green County Genealogical Society has put together an every name index of obituaries taken from Monroe Times and Monroe Journal for these years. GCGS has these on file in binders at the Research Center.
This index is in pdf and is very easy to search by using thefind button. (You must have Adobe Acrobat to read the file. This is a free download at adobe.com.
We are offering copies of the actual obituary for the following:
1. one copy of an individual name for $1.50.
2. For 2 to 24 copies the price is $1.00 per copy plus $1.50 for shipping and handling..
3. 25 or more obituaries are $1 each. Please total and take 20% off.
