The spring term of the Circuit Court opened here Monday with Judge James O'Neill on the bench, F. D. Calway, Court REporter; E. B. Sickles, Sheriff; L. A. Wells, Under Sheriff; Otis Loomis, Deputy; L. Wiedenbeck; Clerk.
On Monday naturalization papers were issued to twenty applicants.
The cases of the State of Wisconsin vs. Burton A. DUNLAP and C. W. ROSS were called and in both cases the defendants plead guilty. in each case he defendants were first offenders and the Judge placed them on parole for one year.
Other cases disposed of are: State of Wisconsin vs. Harrison CAMPBELL, charged with operating an automobile unlawfully, the defendant plead nolo contendere.
Arthur WOODMAN vs. May WOODMAN. Divorce granted.
B. M. La MOINE vs. Fred La MOINE. Divorce granted.
Martha REED vs. Fred REED. Divorce granted.
Lewis PHARO vs. Lewis BROCKMILLER. Motion by plaintiff to dismiss action
overruled. Case stands for trial.
Peter CLAWSON et al vs. H. T. HANSON et al. Judgment for plaintiff.
Lana S. BEEBE vs. Adolph BEIN et al. Sale confirmed.
Geo. J. WHITE vs. Gordon MUNZEL et al. Judgment for plaintiff
granted.
Chas. BINDER vs. Sarah J. LEONARD, et al. Judgment for plaintiff
granted.
Richard ALEXANDER Sr. vs. Ethel F. WINTER et. al. Judgment for plaintiff
granted.
Anna McGINTY vs. Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. Case set for trial
