Twenty-two Graduate
There remains but one more week of school at the end of which another class will have been graduated from the Elroy high school. The class of 1909 number twenty-two young people who will received their diplomas on Friday evening next week. The names of the graduates are as follows: Misses Beth Sherwood, Agnes Akin, Kathryn McGinty, Maud Miller, Kathryn Riley, Agnes Riley, Bonnie Morgan, Winnifred McMillan, Alice Brott, Gertrude Blum, Orda Miller, Esther Dix, Helen Smith, Jennie Cleaver, Viola Vogel, and Frank Towne, Fred Avery, Louis Podruch, Will Genrich, Will Oldfield, Jay Doughty, Louis Corrigan.
On Tuesday evening, June 8th at the opera house will take place the senior class play, entitled, " The Adventures of a Love Letter." Wednesday evening June 9th the junior class will give the annual reception and banquet for the seniors and faculty at the high school building. The regular commencement exercises will be held Friday evening, June 11th in the opera house.
