• Last Wednesday evening Mrs. W. B. Ballentine took a few of her lady friends to the M. E. church supper.  Later they spent the eening at her home playing cards and visiting.  At a late hour dainty refreshments were served.
• Friday afternoon a dozen of the lady friends of Mrs. J. S. Hess met at her home ot help her celebrate her birthday.  An elegant picnic supper was served and the evening passed with music and visiting.
• The Eastern Stars had a six o'clock supper in teh Masonic Temple last Friday evening followed by election of officers.
• Elizabeth Jones entertained the Camp Fire girls at her home Monday evening.  The time was spent in making Christmas gifts.  Light refreshments were served.
