It is part of
the original homestead of Zeph Space.
Son of Royal
Space and grandson of Zeph Space.
In the field
east of the present buildings, stands an old apple tree. Originally, the
homestead and barn were near there. The barn stood until the late 1920’s
or early 1930’s. This was the dwelling of Zeph Space. Here under the apple
tree was buried the son of Royal (Roy) Space, grandson of Zephyr Space.
The baby died in infancy.
