Sparta, Monroe Co, Wisconsin Allen Melvin is looking for information about himself and his brothers when they came through the Sparta Children's Home and then were moved into foster homes. Melvin arrived at the foster home on May 4, 1951 and was four years old on that date. Prior to that date is when he was in the Sparta Children's Home. He does not know how long he was there.
