Anton [Tony] Kabara dies at age 57

Anton [Tony] Kabara was born in Sobieski May 11, 1916. In 1940 married Margaret Swiecichowski in Hofa Park. He was a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Pulaski, the Holy Name Society and the Ushers Club of which he was president at Assumption Blessed Virgin Mary Church, Pulaski. For the past 22 years he was trustee for the parish. He was active all his life in many community and church activites.

One sister prececeded him in death.

Survivors are; his wife; two sons Richard and Daniel of Pulaski; two daughters; Miss Dorothy Karbara of Milwaukee; Miss Darlene Karbara at home; four grandchildren ; four brothers, John of Michigan; Andrew, Roman, Edward all of Pulaski; two sisters; Sister M. Alexiana and Mrs. Joseph [Anna] Wisniewski of Chicago, Ill.; nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at Marnocha Funeral home, Pulaski. Funeral 10am Sat. at Assumption BVM [formly St. Mary's]. Burial in the church cemetary.
