Albert Topel, Sr., 86, retired Pensaukee farmer and resident of Oconto county since 1881, passed away at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Mary Mealy, Pensaukee, Saturday. Funeral services were held at the home of Mrs. Mealy in Pensaukee at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon and at 2:00 p.m. from the Grace Lutheran church at Pensaukee. Rev. L. F. Schneider officiated. Six grandsons acted as pallbearers and granddaughters took charge of the flowers. Gagnon Funeral Home was in charge of the funeral arrangements. Interment was in the Brookside Cemetery.
The deceased was
born in Germany and came to this country in 1881. He retired from farming
abut five years ago and has made his home with his daughter since. Survivors
are two sons, Ferdinand and Otto, both of Pensaukee, two daughters, Mrs.
Mary Mealy, Pensaukee, and Mrs. Henry Swiedarke, Oconto.
