Ann E. Westphal, 88, Suring passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2013. She was born June 8, 1924, in Stevens Point, to the late Adam and Evelyn (Koback) Stanchik. Ann Stanchik married Elmer Westphal April 8, 1944. She loved getting together with her family, country music, playing bingo, gardening and especially her flowers. She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Breed.

Ann is survived by her four daughters, Mary (Gene) Krause, Green Bay; Marie Wolf, Suring; Linda Mauritz, Suring; and Nora (Keith) Powell, Lakewood; four sons, Elmer Pat (Ileen), Green Bay; John (Charlotte), Suring; William (Karen), Fond du Lac; and Steve (Tammy), Mountain; two brothers, Ernie Stanchik and Ronnie Stanchik; eight sisters, Frannie Weihbrecht, Linda Gladowski, Eleanore Furgus, Jeannie Topel, Gladys Weihbrecht, Barb Robinson, Irene Marquardt, Terry Hoefler; sister-in-law, Dale Quandt; 28 grandchildren, 74 great-grandchildren, 18 great-great-grandchildren.

Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer on Sept. 26, 1995; two sons-in-law, Paul Wolf and Larry Mauritz; six brothers, Ray, Chet, Buddy, Donny, Stanley, James; a sister, Carol Ann; one great-grandchild and two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Breed, on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, from 9 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Paul Scheunemann officiating.
