.Dorothy L. ZEITLER.
Dorothy L. ZEITLER, 77, Allouez, died early Wednesday morning, Feb. 18,
1998, at a Green Bay hospital. The daughter of the late Charles and
Anna MEYER was born Aug. 9, 1920, in Oconto. Dorothy married Gerhardt
ZEITLER Nov. 7, 1970, at Calvary Lutheran Church, Green Bay. She was
employed in the zone office of General Motors in Green Bay for 17 years
until her retirement. Dorothy was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church
as well as a past member of The Ladies Aide of the Church. She enjoyed
flower gardening, cooking, fishing, crossword puzzles, time spent at
the cottage on Rost Lake and the many happy times shared with family
and friends.
Survivors include her husband, Gerhardt ZEITLER, Allouez;
three sons and daughters-in-law, Chuck POCQUETTE, Howard; Richard and
Karen ZEITLER, Stoddard; Gary and Mary ZEITLER, Green Bay;
LynnPOCQUETTE, Oakton, VA; three daughters, Patricia JOHNSON, Racine;
Kathy ZEITLER and Peggy SUDA, both of Green Bay; 17 grandchildren;
seven great -grandchildren; one stepson, Robert MCLEAN, California; one
sister-in-law, Gladys MEYER, Wausau; nieces, nephews, other relatives
and a special friend Paulette POCQUETTE, Allouez.
She was preceded in
death by one son, Gerald POCQUETTE; one grandson, Todd ZEITLER; five
brothers and three sisters.
Friends may call at Cotter Funeral Home,
860 N. Webster Ave., De Pere, Friday 4 to 9 p.m. The visitation will
continue Saturday after 10 a.m. at Calvary Lutheran Church, 1301 S.
Ridge Road, Green Bay, until the time of service. Funeral Saturday 11
a.m. at the church with the Rev. Earl E. VORPAGEL officiating. Burial
in Woodlawn Cemetery. .
