PIONEER MAN DIES WEDNESDAY OF PNEUMONIA
Ezra A. Jackson, A Resident of Marinette County For Sixty-Five Years Succumbs Last Evening.

Following a week's illness with pneumonia, Ezra A. Jackson, 81 years old, of Marinette, died in Saint Joseph's hospital in Menominee. His home was at 2621 Parkridge Avenue. The end came at 8 o'clock Wednesday night and the body was removed to L.D. Martin's undertaking establishment in this city.

Mr. Jackson was born in Pottsdam, New York, and had resided here for sixty-five years.

The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from L.D. Martin's undertaking parlors, the Rev. C.R. Bulley of the Gram M.E. church officiating. Interment will be made in Forest Home cemetery.

Mr. Jackson is survived by his widow and the following children: Mrs. Carrie Diedrieck, Green Bay; Frank E. Jackson, Rhinelander; John J. Jackson, Escanaba; William H. Jackson and Earl Jackson of Boise City, Idaho and Mrs. J. Gosling, city, and a sister, Mrs. Caroline Place, this city.
