Surviving are his wife, and five children, Mrs. Delmar Merritt, Matt, Frances, Harris and Beverly, all of Marinette, one sister, Mrs. Robt. Nelson of Milwaukee, two brothers, Fred Phillips of Porterfield and John Phillips of Marinette; also two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock in
the Hansen & Onion Funeral Home, with the Rev. H.G. Trost of the First
M.E. church officiating. Interment will be in Forest Home cemetery.
