He is survived by his wife, three sons, and three daughters as follows: Stand and Joseph, Town of Lena; John at home; Mrs. F.L. Steffeck, town of Spruce; Mrs. E. J. Brienstenstien of Knowlton and Miss Mary Neta of Niagara.
The funeral services were held at the Sacred Heart church, Spruce, at 10:30 Saturday morning, conducted by Rev. Sokol, assisted by Rev. Fox of Lena and Rev. L Trojanowski of Niagara. During the services the Lean Catholic church choir sang. Interment was made in the Catholic Cemetery, Spruce.
The pallbearers were six of Mr. Neta's grandsons, Edward, Casimer and Walter Neta, Henry Pytleski and Victor and Alec Steffeck.
The flower girls were six of his granddaughters, Irene and Evelyn Neta, Frances Neta, Loretta Neta and Theresa and Cecilia Steffeck.
People from out of town who attended the Obsequies were Rev. L Trojanowski, Niagara; Rev. Fox, Lena; Miss Mary Net, Niagara; Mr. and Mrs. E.J. Breintenstein, Knowlton, Edward, Irene, Evelyn and Margaret Neta, Oshkosh; Joseph Maternowski, Glenmore, A.J. Steffeck, Denmark; Mr. and Mrs. John Maternowski, Sampson; and Mr. and Mrs. F.W. Slupinski, Iron Mountain, Michigan.
Mr. Neta was a progressive citizen and held the esteem of many friends wherever he resided.
