Former church members have been giving me pictures of the Methodist church
at 117 W. Harley Street in Lena.
The congregation formed in 1888.
The church itself was built in 1902.
It was in use from 1902 until Christmas 2005.
A group of Mennonites also used the building for worship.
It will now be renovated into a private home with consideration to the historic significance
of the church and its previous “family”.
