LOCATION: SE ¼ SE ¼ Corner, Section 15, Town of Jacksonport. The church was built in 1867 and remodeled in 1962.
A very beautiful wooden church which is located about ¼ mile West of the Village of Jacksonport on County Trunk V. The cemetery can be reached two ways: by a trail from behind the church or from County Trunk A by walking across a field. It is not visible from either route and hard to find. Although the cemetery is still used it is not kept up and was overgrown with brush and grass when copied.
NOTE: 2009; cemetery has now been cleaned up and is maintained by Jerry Cote, County A.
