Union Township, Rock County, Wisconsin

According to the 1873 atlas for Rock County, there were nine rural schools in Union Township; the 1917
atlas for Rock County shows eight rural schools in Union Township. In 1925, there were eight rural schools in Union Township (Brown, Butts Corners, Franklin, Holt, Pleasant Prairie, Tullar, Tupper and Union).

The first Play Days in Union Township were held in 1925 at the Rock County fairgrounds in Evansville.
