I am looking for any information on John
Banks married to Clara Odegaard. John's father's
name was George Banks married to Marie Helemina
Anderson, daughter of Christian Anderson.
George Banks' Norwegian name might have been Jergenson. They came from
Norway around 1888 or a few years earlier. George Banks was on the building
committee of the Norwegian Methodist Church in Hayward, at the time it
was built. Other children were Charles Banks,
Annie Banks Peterson,
Jenny Banks Nelson,
Louise Banks. John and Clara were married
in Dec 1904.

PREILIPP. Was listed in the state records
as PRIELIPP. Can return favor in Winnebago/Outagamie
Counties.

I am researching the surname Gouge.
Most of the GOUGEs I have found are from the
Douglas county area, but I am sure there must be a link there (in Sawyer
County). The earliest name I have is Urgell GOUGE
from Superior Wisconsin. If anyone has information I am willing to share.
