Emelia Dengel Holst Died Out In Dakota

Word was received that on April (?) Mrs. Emelia Dengel Holst died at her home in Dickenson, North Dakota.  Mrs. Holst had suffered for five years from a paralytic stroke that affected her left side.  She was a sister of Frank, Henry and Herman Dengel.  Another sister, Meta lives seventy-five miles out from Dickenson, and still another Clara, lives in Des Moines, Iowa.  During all of the years since Mrs. Holst left Shawano she has been a constant subscriber and regular reader of the Journal and she got much comfort out of this weekly letter from her home town.  Although she had suffered greatly toward the end the suffering abated and death came to her as softly as the closing of a door, and very much unexpected.
