After the reading of a communication from State Secretary MOODY, on eligibility the members reported the condition of their several alliances, which were favorable generally. W. J. DEVOE has received his commission as County organizer, and we are in hopes to report more alliances at our next annual meeting. It was then moved that we hold a special meeting on the second Thursday in April, at Wautoma, one o’clock in the afternoon, after which the meeting adjourned until that date. --E. C. HERRICK, Sec’y
