G. E. Tyrrell, of the firm Crozier & Tyrrell, lawyers, was born in Fulton
co., N.Y., in February, 1858; came to Oshkosh with parents in 1870;
received his schooling at graded and high schools in the city. Was
admitted to practice at the bar in 1879.
