which covers Hamburg Germany and the surrounding area.
The first coat of arms (with the cruzifix) is registered for Anton Kuehl, a pastor at St Jacobi church in 1749. The second coat of arms (with the crowned anker is for Heinrich Kuehl, an Oberalter (unknown?) in 1795, who died in 1797. Hinrich Kuehl - (son of Hinrich Kuehl), who was a Vorst (someone who overlooks?). d. G. u. K. H. in 1764. Kuehl, Hinrich - (son of Peter Kuehl), was elected as a war commisioner on the 5.May 1764 for the 1. Department. The third coat of arms (with the hourglass) is for Heinrich Kuehl, an Niedergericht with the court in 1790. Additionally, he was: Kaemmereibuerger (unknown?) in 1792, Commercium (unknown?) in 1792, Leichnamsgeschworner (something to do the dead bodies) in the St Jacobi Church in 1792, Niederl. A. K.
