Quilt Stores

OK, this is my listing of the quilt shops and or internet quilting sites I have been to and think are great. Behind each name is a brief discription. If I missed a site you think is wonderful and should be added, please [Email MAK] and I will check it out. If I visited a store and couldn't find an internet site, I created a page with directions.

Orange County CA

[$2.00 Store] - This is a discounted decorator store, which carried some cottons.
[Beach Cities Quilt Guild] This is a Quilt Guild, of which I am a member.
[Flying Geese Store] - This is quilt store that specializes in county and reproductions.
[Flying Geese Quilt Guild] - This is a Quilt Guild, of which I am not a member, but go to their wonderful quilt shows held bi-annually.
[Jenny's] - This is a discounted fabric shop.
[Leah's] - This is a quality quilt shop with a variety of fabrics. I work here part-time.
[Material Possessions] - This is a quality quilt shop with variety of quilt fabrics of different countries.
[Orange County Quilt Guild] This is a Quilt Guild, I just joined in 2001.
[Tall Mouse] - This is a craft store with a cotton fabric material department.

Los Angeles County CA

[The Cotton Shop] - This is a fabric shop which has a large selection of decorator fabrics as well as cottons for quilting.
[Luella's] - This is where I learned to quilt.

North San Diego County CA

[Sew Much Better] - This is a quilting shop which has recently opened.
[Fat Quarters] - This is a quilting shop which specializes in primative and country quilting.
[Sowing Sisters] - This is a quilting shop which recently opened.
