* Dr. Edward JONES, born1645 in Bala, Merionethshire. Married Mary WYNNE, born 1659, daughter of Thomas Wynne. They came to America in 1682 on The Lyon from Liverpool and settled in Lower Merion Twp., Philadelphia Co., PA along with 17 other Welsh / Quaker families.
