It is SO easy! If you are in the USA, call Ruesch
International toll free at1-800-424-2923 at 1-800-448-4685 for their
Atlanta, GA office or their Washington, DC office and tell them you want
a draft in, say, British Pounds for £12.00. The folks at Ruesch
will tell you the cost in US dollars on that particular day and for that
amount and a service charge (now US $3.00) which you send to them by check
(or preferably a certified check), they will send you a draft in British
pounds on a UK bank made out to your receiprient. Ruesch International
