Thursday 16th February 2012 - Talk
by Lloyd Lewis (Former Editor of Cronicl)
A walk through the Elan and Claerwen valleys, to find the farms
affected by the flooding in 1904.
Together with a large number of photographs prior to 1900 and
more recent ones showing the exposed foundations when the water
levels dropped.
Each farm has been researched and their details recorded from
the mid 1500s.
All meetings are held on the last Thursday in the
month
