John M. Reel

Mr. John Michael Reel, 36, a resident of Valley Bend, departed this life early Saturday morning, Nov. 19, 2005, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Belington.
He was born July 5, 1969, at Ridley Park, Pa., a son of Michael Eugene Reel of the Audra community and Ellen Grace Kittle Reel of Belington.
In June of this year, he was united in marriage to the former Barbara Ann Lambert, who survives in Beverly.
In addition to his parents and wife, Mr. Reel is survived by one daughter, Caitlin Reel of Florida; two sons, Garrod Reel of Florida and Dalton Wilbert Reel of Belington; his paternal grandmother, Wilda Reel of Norwood, Pa.; his maternal grandmother, Katie Kittle of Belington; one sister, Tara Dawn Reel of Elkins; three half sisters, Robin Reel, Rhonda Phillips and Vicky Reel; and one half brother, Gary Reel, all of the Audra Community. Also surviving are his loving aunts and uncles, several cousins, a very special friend, Denver Delauder of Belington, special friends and neighbors.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather and maternal grandfather.
He was a graduate of Philip Barbour High School, served in the U.S. Army, was a member of the National Guard and Reserve, and was employed by Bruce Hardwood Flooring. He was a Protestant by faith.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 25, at the Concord Cemetery near Belington with Pastor Howard Swick officiating. Interment will then follow. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to MADD, "Mothers Against Drunk Drivers", RR 1 Box 69A, Lost Creek, W.Va. 26385. Talbott Funeral Home of Belington is in charge of the funeral arrangements for Mr. John Michael Reel.
