Berkeley County West Virginia Biography of John Page PINE

         John Page PINE was born in Frederick, County, Virginia, on April 17, 1849, the son of James Q. and Mary (Ulster) Pine. John Pine moved to Berkeley County in 1862 and his parents followed about 1868. On December 11, 1873 in Berkeley County, he and Lucy Pitsnogle, daughter of Levi and Matilda (Long) Pitsnogle, were married. Lucy was born in that county on February 9, 1851.

         John and Lucy Pine had the following children: Judge E. Neal Pine, December 14, 1874-?; James William Hamilton Pine, November 15, 1877-?; Cora B. Pine, January 1, 1879-?; and George Levi Pine, January 15, 1881-?.

         John Pine was a farmer in the Falling Waters district, with a mailing address of Bedington, Berkeley County, West Virginia.
