DEATHSJAMES P. ELKINS--Eighty six years old, a Civil War veteran, died early Friday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. J. P. Hanley, 827 Ninth avenue, following a six months' illness. Surviving are three sons, John Elkins of Marland, Okla; M. W. Elkins an A. C.
