WILL

JOSEPH CARNEY
1828-1891
I Joseph Carney of Sissonville, Kanawha County WV., being of sound and disposing mind, do make this to be my Last Will and Testament as follows:
I give and bequeath to my children, Henry F. Carney One Dollar, to William C. Carney One Dollar, John B. Carney One Dollar, and Mary A. Young, One Dollar.
Second: I give, devise and bequeath to my dear wife Rachel J. Carney the remainder of my estate, real and personal, after Second: I give, devise and bequeath to my dear wife Rachel J. Carney the remainder of my estate, real and personal, after payments of the above bequest.
In witness whereof, I the said testator Joseph Carney have set my hand and seal, this thirteenth day of October 1891.
