WILL OF ZACHARIAH F ESTELLE
I Zachariah F Estelle of the County of Kanawha and State of Virginia do hereby make my last will and testament in manner and for following that is to say
1st I desire that all my perishable property may be left in the hands of Elizabeth Mays, now resident on the premises to be used by her for the benefit of her family until Thomas Matthews Mays, Edward Morris Mays and John Dickson Mays infant children of Elizabeth Mays become of age of twenty one years when it is to be equally divided amongst them, but the aforesaid property shall not during the time the said Elizabeth Mays has it in possession be sold or conveyed to any person unless to pay my just debts.
2nd I give Elizabeth Mays liberty of occupying the land on which she now resides commonly called the mile tract until the above named children arrive at the age of twenty one years of age meaning my undivided half of said tract the other half belonging to the heirs of W E Estelle deceased, when the above named children become twenty one years, my half of said tract of land to be equally divided amongst them according to quality and quantity to be held by the above named children, their heirs, executors, administrators, also assigned forever
3rd I give Elizabeth Mays the use of that tract or parcel of land lying below the right hand fork of Davis commonly called the Dodson tract until the aforesaid children arrive at age twenty one years, when it also is to be divided amongst them according to quality and quantity and to be held by the aforesaid children, their heirs, Executors, administrators and assigns forever and lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint y friends Thomas L A Matthews and Matthew Thomas executors to this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other or former wills or testaments by me heretofore made. In witnesses whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this second day of April in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and thirty two.

At a court held for Kanawha County the 8th day of October 1832, this last will and testament of Zachariah F Estelle decd was this day presented here in Court proved by the oaths of Guy Matthews and Allen Thomas subscribing witnesses and is thereupon ordered to be recorded
