Ann S. Ward Thomas b. 7/3/1804 d. 9/8/1871
I Ann S Thomas, being of infirm health but of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish the following as for my last will and testement. First I direct that all my just debts and ******** be paid out of my estate. 2nd I give and bequeath to Mary R. Donnally my household & kitchen furniture. 3rd All the rest & residue of my estate of every kind and description, real , personal & mixed, I give, bequeath & devise to Andrew M. Donnally, Anna Donnally, Florence J. Donnally, Fannie W. Donnally, Mary R. Donnally, Dryden Donnally, and Moses M. Donnally, children of Dryden Donnally, and to Munroe J. Creel and Willie Creel, children of BW & Rebecca W. Creel, share and share alike. It being my express intention, desire, and will that after the payment of my debts and the disposal as aforesaid of my household & kitchen furniture, that the seven children before named, of Dryden Donnally and Mary Donnally and the two children before named of BW & Rebecca W. Creel shall each take one equal portion of the rest & residue of my estate or one ninth (1/9/ part thereof. And if the said Munroe J. Creel and Willie Creel, or either of them die without issue and before disposing of the portion of my estate herein devised to them, it is further my will and desire that such portion shall go to the seven children aforesaid; of Dryden and Mary Donnally, share and share alike Given under my hand and seal this 10th day of June 1871. I Ann S Thomas, being of sound and disposing memory, do make this codicil to my foregoing will bearing date June 10th 1871: Instead of the disposition made in my said will, of my real estate, it is my will and desire, and I hereby bequeath all of my real estate of every kind and description, to Dryden Donnally, Moses Donnally and Mary Donnally, children of Dryden and Mary Donnally, jointly share & share alike. I hereby revoke so much of my said will as is inconsistent with this codicil. Given under my hand & seal this 29th day of August 1871. Ann S. Thomas

Ann S. Thomas was the widow of Matthew Thomas, s/o Joseph & Rebecca Thomas.
Ann was the daughter of Jeremiah Ward. Known children were. Jeremiah, George, Mary. George married Rebecca W., who later married BW Creel, Jeremiah died young, Mary married Dryden Donnally.
