James Andrew Bostic born June 15,1873 in Nicholas County, came to Grapevine in Kanawha County, married September 14,1902 to Mina May Miller, daughter of Elihu and Louisa Legg Miller. James died October 12,1945. Their children: William married Sept. 10,1928 to Eupha Hazel Sigmon, daughter of William and Bertha Biggess Sigmon. George B. married Jan. 22,1929 to Mazie Shively, daughter of Henry and Martha Ellen Legg Shively. Sherman married Ocie Oakley Sigmon daughter of William Martin and Bertha Blanch Burgess Sigmon. Sherman died 1945. John B. b. May 21, 1912 married Oct. 16,1939 to Mabel Lee Hall. John died Sept. 21, 1987. Stacia Marie born Sept. 14,1914 married Sept. 12, 1930 to Henry Franklin Legg. Clarence "Butch" born Sept 8, 1916 married Feb. 5,1949 to Naomi Emogene Wolf. Arlie married first Oct. 5,1942 to Oma Margaret McGhea and Orval married Sept. 10, 1942 to Mary Carmelee Flowers.
