I am looking for any information on Walter Avis. Moved to Charleston, WV in 1921. Walter was born Sep 1867 in England. One of Walter's son's, who was also named Walter was born in 1904 and lived in Charleston. on 8:33 AM 02/11/2001

I am trying to locate information on my greatgrandfather William Brown. He had two brothers, Steve and Kyle. He married Harriet Smith and they had a son,Conrad M. andfour daughters;Alice Brown Pernell, Julia Brown Hicks, Eliza Brownand Nanny Brown Young. Their names are in the 1870 census in Kanawha county, Simmons Creek,Wv. Conrad, my grandfather was born June 13, 1868. He marries Lilly White June 30, 1901. They had 10 children. He died January 4, 1948. on 5:28 AM 02/16/2001

Looking for information on Pierce Kincaid born 1898 in Greenbriar county and lived in Kanawha country around 1940. His wife (Della?) died young and he had a daughter born ca 1923 who killed herself around 1941. I believe he had other children. He was also in Dayton Oh in a TB hospital 1947 and I believe he went back to WV His parents were James and Cora Kincaid. on 6:41 AM 02/22/2001
